Painting & General FAQ
Unfortunately, I'm not taking on commissions ( including portraits ) at this time due to time constraints.
The best way to find out about new work that I've added is to follow me on Instagram and subscribe to my newsletter at the bottom of this page. Unfortunately, I am not able to contact people individually to let them know when I've added new work.
Currently, we only ship prints internationally. All other painting and product purchases to an overseas address will be refunded. Please note that for international orders, any taxes and duties due upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Please allow up to 5 business days for shipping prints and products. Please allow up to 4 weeks for framed prints, wallpaper, and fabric orders as they are made to order.
Unfortunately, no. I do my best to offer a variety of sizes of paintings and prints, but we are unable to offer prints in custom sizes.
It varies depending on the subject. I mostly work in acrylics, but I use oil and watercolor from time to time, too!
All paintings and prints are for sale solely through my website. If a painting has sold, it will be marked on the top of each image. Once you click on the product you are interested in, you can add it to your cart and follow the prompts to the checkout. All available paintings are listed on my website. I do not have any additional paintings for sale in my studio.
Almost every painting that I complete is posted on my Instagram or Facebook page before it is made available for purchase in a release. There is also a one hour preview on my website prior to the release that showcases all paintings and sizes.
All paintings, prints, products, fabrics, and wallcoverings are final sale. Please email us at info@teilduncan.com with any questions or concerns regarding your purchase.

Textile & Wallpaper FAQ
All fabric and wallpaper is made to order, so please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. Because all fabrics and wallpapers are made to order, please note all sales are final. If you have any issues with your order, please reach out to us at info@teilduncan.com
All fabrics are printed and sold in one yard increments only.
Due to the delicacy of the fabric, we recommend letting the professionals clean your fabric.
While we highly recommend hiring a professional to avoid any errors (especially with grasscloth - remember all sales are final), we can't stop you! Please see hanging directions here.
Unlike many wallpaper rolls, our wallpaper rolls are printed and sold by the individual roll.
All wallpaper rolls are printed from the bottom up, so the patterns will line up at the bottom edge for all size rolls. Different size rolls may vary in pattern alignment at the top edge, so in order for all rolls to align at the top, you will need to order the same length rolls.
The water activated wallpaper has a smooth, semi-matte finish. For easy install, it does not require paste.
Due to the nature of digital printing, we recommend ordering all of your wallpaper at once so it matches perfectly in color. While slight variations in color are not "the norm", we allow for up to a 10% color differentiation in printed paper.
The wallpaper is untrimmed as far as match is concerned, but rather than trimming the paper for installation, you overlap it by approximately 3/4" to visually match the repeat.
When needed, use a soft, damp cloth to wipe your water activated wallpaper clean.
The grasscloth is made up of 100% handcrafted natural sisal with a non-woven backing. Sisal is a natural material, so unique variations and irregularities in texture, color, and weave are inherent qualities of this material. Color and texture may vary from sample orders and roll to roll. The seams between the panels of grasscloth will be visible when installed.
The grasscloth wallpaper is untrimmed (total width 24.5"). Depending on the installer's preference, you can table trim or double cut on the wall.
To remove dust, use a soft surface feather duster. Never use cleaning agents; but if necessary, use the foam from a clear, gentle household dishwashing liquid, touching lightly with a soft white cloth. Choosing the wrong cleaner can lead to removal of color, abrasive damage, or staining.
